Overview:

Lioness Healing and Wellness is an esteemed outpatient private mental health practice in Culpeper, VA dedicated to providing compassionate care to adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges.

Schedule:

• Hybrid telehealth and in person therapy
• Flexible scheduling based on your preferred hours
• Flexibility regarding client caseload
• This can be a parttime hourly W2 position or a 1099 contracted position based on therapist preference. Hourly pay is based on degree and experience. 1099 contract would be a 70/30 split.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions to help clients better understand and overcome mental health conditions and psychosocial stressors
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques based on individual client needs
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records for each client
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plan as needed

Skills:

• Proficiency in multiple therapeutic styles and modalities
• Strong background in behavioral health and therapy, experience in trauma is a plus
• Understanding of charting requirements and confidentiality
• Good time management, organization, and drive for selfimprovement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, warm, empathetic approach towards clients

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice independently as an LPC or LCSW in Virginia
• Experience in using multiple therapeutic modalities for independent psychotherapy
• Willingness to collaborate with psychiatric nurse practitioners on patient cases
• Experience in treating both adolescents and adults
• Ability to provide traumainformed, compassionate care
• Have a quiet space to provide therapy via telehealth and maintain client confidentiality
• Master's degree and appropriate federal and state licensing
