Description

For the internal IT of our client, an internationally active company in the consulting and auditing industry based in Nuremberg, we are looking for you as a Global Workplace Manager - Software Packaging Coordinator (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement.

Tasks:
Operating and continuous improvement of processes: release and deployment management in the area of end user computing/workplace management
Management of packaging service providers and ensuring SLAs and service quality
Application lifecycle management, as well as process optimization
Accompaniment and support of IT projects in the area of workplace management
Improvement of established communication structures in the area of workplace management, as well as automation of established processes
Interface to national and international helpdesk
Technical leadership of a small, international team (Poland and Germany)

Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in the IT field or degree in (business) informatics or comparable
Basic technical knowledge in the field of software packaging (App Deployment Toolkit, PowerShell), SCCM and Intune
First experience in technical leadership of employees (internal and external) is advantageous
First experience in establishing and continuously improving ITIL processes, ideally in an international IT environment
Experience in project management as well as certifications in the field of Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Active Directory are advantageous
Very good German and English skills, additional foreign languages are advantageous
