JOB SUMMARY
DUTIES
- Assist in managing customer accounts, scheduling, permits, invoicing, etc.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (AccuLynx)
- Office support as needed
- Assist with data entry
- Communication with internal and external teams
- Assist with HR and employee onboarding
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales or office support roles
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing customer information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
