The
Coordinator, Partner Experience supports the Senior Manager, Partner Experience in the development and execution of the Marketing Strategy for the channel partners in the commercial ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Channel Marketing
- Supports the Partner Experience team to plan and deliver marketing strategies by product portfolio and channel that optimizes the potential growth of BMG products.
- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure alignment of marketing activities and maximize comarketing opportunities with our channel partners.
- Maintains the annual calendar of activities up to date with the different channel initiatives planned by channel partner.
- Organize and prioritize assignments and projects with the ability to effectively manage deadlines.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of channel marketing efforts and optimize future campaigns.
Marketing Communication
- Orchestrates the creation of marketing communication materials & campaigns, including collateral, digital assets, and presentations tailored for channel partners.
- Collaborates with internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and CXC, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Track and report on marketing asset inventory in collaboration with Product Marketing and CXC teams.
Digital Marketing
- Performs channel partners' web scrubs, identifying areas for content updates and web navigation opportunities.
- Contribute to creating innovative marketing campaigns across social media and channel partners' websites/portals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize content and propose updates to enhance the online user experience and conversion rates.
- Work in collaboration with crossfunctional team members to manage content syndication platforms to ensure accurate and timely content updates.
- Stays up to date with market trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years or a combination of experience spanning the following areas:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a matrix environment and executing different types of marketing tactics and initiatives.
- Experience working with agencies.
- Website Analytics
- Copywriting and Proofreading
- Knowledge of graphic design programs (e.g.
_(preferred)_:
- Sales Force
_(preferred)_
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Organizational skills
- Ability to drive projects from concept through implementation and to analyze campaign results
- Knowledge of digital marketing (i.e., social media, ecommerce, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data
- Ability to problemsolve
- Strong attention to detail
- Event planning

ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR THIS ROLE
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers. #LI-Hybrid
- The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $60,000 $71,000 per year.
- Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data.
