    Description
    We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our fantastic team.

    Please be willing to assist in coordinating home health clinical services under the direction of local staff and coordinating the quality, continuity, and delivery of skilled service.

    You will help us to ensure that clinical standards of quality and service are met. Assures compliance with federal, state, and local government and company policies. Perform non
    • OASIS assessments for new clients and supervisory visits for existing clients.
    Our staff are the keystone of our business, providing much needed service to seniors and their families struggling to keep their independence on a daily basis. We possess the virtues of compassion, care, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem solving, a positive attitude and love. To those we serve, our staff represent who we are and what we stand for. Please be a nurturing, dependable and warm-hearted person. This position will begin as PRN and may work into part time. Local travel required.


    Additional requirements include:

    • Home Health experience a must
    • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
    • Flexible hours
    • Work independently with your community
