Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on licensing and registration policies.
Mentor title clerks and ensure accurate title processing.
Promote AAA products and services, such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance.
Assist with overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak times.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma/GED.
Minimum 1 year of tag and title work, preferably 18 months.
At least 3 years of sales/customer service experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system preferred.
Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
Satisfactory criminal history and compliance with statespecific legal requirements.
The ability to successfully complete all required training workshops for Title Service Agents.
