Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services.

Duties:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and complaints
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services, and upsell when possible
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide accurate information
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
• Resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate departments for resolution
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Skills:

• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Customer serviceoriented with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not required
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
