Responsibilities:
As a deputy to our production manager, you will support in:

Technical and organizational responsibility
Ensuring smooth operations while considering quality, quantity, and meeting deadlines
Monitoring production equipment
Monitoring operations and personnel hygiene, as well as workplace safety
Organizing and monitoring ordering processes
Maintaining inventory (cleanliness, organization, hygiene, expiration dates, arrangement, etc.)
Demonstrating independent and confident behavior
Checking documentation

Profile:

Completed vocational training and work experience, preferably in the food industry and/or technical field
Completed apprenticeship in baking/pastry making
Additional qualification as a master baker (m/f/d) is desirable, but not required
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position
Organizational talent and structured work approach
Strong understanding of technical processes and equipment
Good
