If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you We are searching for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for supporting the companys cybersecurity program, including risk assessments, incident response, and security operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have the opportunity to:

Monitor and analyze security events to detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security controls and processes that mitigate cybersecurity risks.
Support incident response activities, including investigating security incidents, performing forensic analysis, and implementing remediation plans.
Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Research emerging threats and technologies to keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity.
Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical documentation, to support the companys cybersecurity program.
Participate in training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity principles and practices.
Provide support for security-related projects and initiatives.

We need you to have:

Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including security operations, incident response, risk assessments, and security controls.
Experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus, and SIEM.
Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
Experience with security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven recommendations.
