Superintendent - Commercial Interiors
Join a New York leader in commercial interiors.

You'll join a mid-sized firm that has been in business for decades and continues to grow.

This company will support you in progressing to a Senior Superintendent, and work on larger commercial projects up to and above $50m, in NYC.

Manhattan-based projects will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades.

While the firm completes many projects of $2m-10m, you'll have the opportunity to work on larger projects in the $30-50m range.

About you:


  • 47+ years' experience as a Construction Superintendent in NYC
  • Experience running corporate interior projects in Manhattan


  • OSHA SST 6

  • Proficiency in Procore
  • College degree in a construction related field is preferred but not essential

Pay:
$125, $150,000.00 per year
