    We are seeking to add an Data File Management to our team You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

    Needs heavy experience in file management and data file management. Vital position to catch up and correct previous issues hrs. weekly, rate of pay $15-18 (somewhat flexible)

    We have a full-time position available as Accounting Admin/Data Management, to perform daily tasks that will support our financial team.

    Hourly position, starting $15-$18 an hour, pay & position is somewhat flexible. The right candidate would work 30-40 hours weekly, 6-8 hours daily. Work schedule M-F, with choice of work start times between 7:00-5:30 with no weekend work. The candidate would work for an employment agency and would have the possibility of being hired after several months of consistent and great working experiences.

    Accounting Admin will need following experiences and skills for job responsibilities:

    o Work experience as an Accounting Assistant, Data Management or Admin Support role
    o Light experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Adobe
    o Good grammar and communication skills
    o Organizational skills
    o Detail oriented

    Accounting Admin will be creating & maintaining multiple electronic data files as well as maintaining hard copies of documents. Job duties will include, but not limited:


    • Heavy scanning hard copies to PDF copies of invoices/documents for digital files

    • Update and maintain electronic data base

    • Filing hard copies of various types of accounting documents
    o Heavy filing for sales invoices and AR payments
    o Heavy filing for freight invoices
