Keysight has an exciting opportunity for a R&D Tech Coordinator in a high-tech Wafer Fabrication lab that is the core strategic backbone of Keysight products.

You will handle chemicals, perform microscope inspections, run precision equipment, interact daily with engineering, and process wafers to comply with specifications and other requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Support NTI development by adapting to dynamic manufacturing requirements.
  • Utilize a computer and data system for data entry while following written instructions
  • Implementation of continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.
  • Manufacturing experience in a fastpaced environment is a must.
  • Semiconductor and/or cleanroom manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
  • Must have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are being met.

Qualifications:

  • Semiconductor processing experience a plus, but not necessary.
  • Ability to learn quickly following verbal and written instructions regarding safety, chemical handling and wafer processing.
  • Ability to sustain a high quality of work in a fastpaced cleanroom environment.
  • Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing goals, objectives and policies of the company. Ability to work overtime.
  • Excellent work ethics in terms of attendance, organization, and team skills.
  • Be comfortable using computers and learning new computer programs.
  • Able to stand and walk the entire shift.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrating excellent manual dexterity.

California pay range:
USD $58, USD $97,680.00 Year

Note:
For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
