Gardener (m/f/d) The GKS Inclusive Services gGmbH is a subsidiary of the non-profit Gold-Kraemer Foundation for the promotion of participation and inclusion of people with disabilities.

The foundation includes a total of five non-profit and one commercial subsidiary, employing around 340 employees in the non-profit sector and around 500 employees in the commercial sector.

The GKS Inclusive Services gGmbH is a recognized inclusion company by the Rhineland Regional Association.

WHAT AWAITS YOU? The design, planting and maintenance of the foundation's own and public green, outdoor and equestrian facilities at various locations offer you a diverse and responsible range of tasks, in which you work together with colleagues with and without disabilities.

This includes instructing and accompanying colleagues with disabilities.

WHAT DO YOU BRING? You have completed training in gardening and landscaping and have already gained experience, ideally as a foreman/woman.

You have a solid technical knowledge, knowledge of materials and plants, as well as empathy for the special needs of people with disabilities.

You can operate the common machinery and equipment in gardening and landscaping and have a class BE driver's license. You are responsible and enjoy working independently. Teamwork, resilience and reliability round off your profile.
