Job Summary
Steven Automotive is seeking a hardworking, optimistic, energetic, and self-driven Sales Associate.

Each of our Sales Associates are dedicated to providing an optimal buying experience and going above and beyond for the customer.

Responsbilities

  • Be given a full sales and phone skill training curriciulum
  • Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed with the sales process
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
  • Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Qualifications

  • Possses an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
  • Maintain an outgoing, friendly personality, especially when handling objections
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Possess strong communication skills with customers and team members
  • Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Selfstarter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve
  • Professional, wellgroomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Hospitality experience, preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not preferred
    Compensation: $65,000 to $185,000/year
