Description

Requirements:

Bachelor%26rsquo;s degree in a business-related field.
At least 4 years of marketing, product management, or sales experience.
Experience working in a matrix organization and leading with influence.
Project management experience (planning, organizing, and managing resources and timelines to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
Understanding customer needs/priorities and skills to use that insight to develop effective marketing programs that generate sales/GM growth.
Ability to identify process bottlenecks and recommend strategies to resolve problems.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
Skills required to analyze and report data to key stakeholders.
Proven ability to effectively and strategically engage with Senior Leadership.
Ability to engage and inspire a team around a shared vision and priorities to develop skills and deliver value.
Expert presentation skills, both in-person and virtually, to various audience levels within an organization.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams.
Position requires travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications:

Master%26rsquo;s degree.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification/pursuit.
Proficiency with Project Management programs (i.e.- Smartsheet, Asana, , Microsoft Project, Wrike, Workfront, etc.).
Prior people management experience.
