- Present accurate monthly costs, accruals, forecasts, and budgets to customers as part of LLP reporting requirements.
- Manage operational finance processes daily.

- Mitigate any quality audits (internal/external) related to financial exposure.

As a Customer Facing Business Controller in the NAM region, this newly created role will be instrumental in reporting on customer costs, forecasting based on activity, preparing budgets, and presenting monthly costs to the customer as an LLP.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the reported costs, cultivating a clear understanding of passthrough customer costs and revenue, whilst collaborating with numerous stakeholders to provide the accurate information within tight monthly deadlines.
This position therefore understanding of operational finance processes, monthly oversight of the company control framework, and accountability for financial performance and risk reporting.
You will collaborate closely with Customer Program Managers, Finance operations within and across control towers.This role will also work with Global BCO team and the continuous Improvement Team to set up initial reporting, analyze and enhance operational finance business processes.
