- Ability to interface with suppliers, consultants, CoE teams, internal groups and others within the organization as required.
- Work with teams to ensure optimized Product Quality to requirements.
- Develop project plans, PFMEA, control plan and quality inspection plans to ensure quality objectives and goals are met.
- The work will include data analysis, drawing conclusions and presenting findings to upper management and project stakeholders.
- Support ISO/TSO Certification audits.
- Supports purchasing in the selection of the supplier sets for VPC parts.
- Creates reliable approaches for Quality, based on the specification of quality standards for materials and processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years Automotive experience and good working knowledge of Automotive operations
- Minimum of 2 years Quality Control Experience
- Experience with Automotive EV products
- Experience with ISO/TSO Certification Standards
- Experience with Quality inspection procedures and Problem Solving tools
- Definition and initiation of necessary measures to achieve the planned dates with VPC/PIOs
- Competence to provide statistical analytical support (green / black belt)
- Development of Quality validation process for given Quality specs
- Decision experience identifing quality issues and countermeasures
- Introduction of solution and process proposals to achieve quality targets.

We are a fast-growing startup organization seeking a full-time Quality Control Sr. Specialist to join our Vehicle Processing Center operations team to assist in designing and developing quality processes and systems which demonstrate validation to quality requirements for VPC products. The position is onsite, working Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with one hour lunch.

The estimated base salary range for the Quality Control Sr. Specialist is $ $65,500-$73,000. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
