- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and suggest enhancements to service delivery.
- Oversee user account and access permissions on various applications and operating systems like Active Directory, Livelink, Right Fax, etc.
- Manage account creation, modification, and removal following company policies.
- Establish security groups and folders.
- Administer permissions based on Standard Operating Procedures and Security Policies.
- Supervise Points of Contact (POCs) for shared network folders.
- Standardize shared network resources as required.
- Collaborate with Information Security Operations to ensure proper permissions and documentation.
- Grant or revoke local admin and super user rights per authorized requests.
- Maintain accurate data on user groups and resources focusing on owners and points of contact (POCs).
- Create new directories with appropriate security permissions as per customer requests.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures for identity and access management.
- Build and update Knowledge Base for account maintenance processes.
- Work with configuration management and ITSM tools team to audit AD data against CMDB data and ensure data integrity.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Access Control Lists, etc.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and certification preferred.
- Understanding of Information Security Standards.
- Experience in operating directory systems in a global organization.
- Knowledge of ITSM ticketing tools like Remedy or ServiceNow.
- Understanding of single sign-on solutions.
- Basic knowledge of LDAP.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level applications across multiple platforms.
- Ability in analytical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, SharePoint/Office 365, Cisco WebEx, and SCCM Remote Control Viewer.
