- Responsible for the Americas region payment coordination work and the Americas region BP work, to provide payment support; Make horizontal communication with the business side.
- Responsible for audit and risk control of receivables settlement.
- Responsible for the statistical analysis and monitoring of settlement, payment collection and bad debts.
- Guide the operation of physical billing system for merchants with system objections.
- According to the work receivable, optimize the rules of each link, and regularly develop output optimization plans.
- Responsible for promoting the improvement of various abnormal problems affecting the progress of merchant expenses receivable.
- Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more work experience, proficient in English and Chinese. listening, speaking, reading and writing communication barrier-free, overseas study experience is preferred; Ielts, TOEFL, GRE is preferred; English major grade 8 is preferred.
- Familiar with logistics industry, have relevant logistics receivable settlement experience; Skilled in using data sheets and the ability to process data efficiently;
