- Coordinate payment processes and business partner interactions in the Americas region.
- Conduct audits and risk management for receivables settlements.
- Analyze and monitor settlement, payments, and debts.
- Assist merchants with billing system operations.
- Optimize rules and develop improvement plans.
- Address abnormal issues affecting receivables progress.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese with strong communication skills.
- Experience in logistics industry and receivable settlements.
- Ability to efficiently process data and use spreadsheets.
- Background in logistics e-commerce is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
