Description
Provide continual monitoring of program participants including A.D.L.'s- Providing support according to each participant's needs.
- Coordinate and conduct transportation services as needed.
- Provide support according to each participant's needs.
- Escort and organize DTA indoor and community activities.
- Develop on going variety of activities that will focus on enhancing and developing ADL's and social skills.
- Carry out behavior modification techniques, (CIT) maintain daily logs and quarterly reports.
- Monitor program performance in compliance with program standards.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in program standards.
- Plan routine practical exercise (walking, outdoor or gym exercise, etc.)
- Assist clients in maintaining a clean environment.
- Complete daily communication logs and tracking sheets.
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
