As a part of the Card Acquisition Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering digital marketing campaigns in the affiliates channel with the goal of booking long-term engaged new accounts.

This role will focus on implementing opportunities that mitigate risk, improve accuracy, and enhance adherence to regulatory requirements, and requires close collaboration with third party agencies and publishers.

In addition, you will be responsible for ongoing monitoring and quarterly publisher scorecard creation with the goal of identifying improvement opportunities for low performing publishers.


Responsibilities:

Develops, tests, and executes digital marketing campaigns including activating communications strategies for seasonal pushes.


Manages regulatory and compliance changes; partners with Compliance Advisory and Legal to create solutions that mitigate risk while maintaining prospect experience and limiting complexity.

Analyzes platform trends to evaluate partner performance; identifies and scopes improvement opportunities.

Identifies and implements opportunities for efficiency and standardization among publishers and across Discover.

Partners with site experience team to recommend and implement enhancements to improve conversion, accuracy, and improve relevancy.

Minimum Qualifications


At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

2+ years of experience in Marketing Campaign Management, Campaign Strategy, Creative Management, or related field

In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of Marketing Campaign Management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications


If we had our say, we'd also look for:4+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy Development, or related field


Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
