**Description**
Sight & Sound Theatres Brings the Bible to Life and fosters an employee culture of trust, dedication, and excellence. The Retail Administrator provides critical scheduling, cash management, purchasing, and general administrative and organizational support to the Retail Team.
Responsibilities include:
Participate with the Retail Leadership Team in decision making, problem solving, process, accountability, and team building.
Support food pricing, product strategies, and inventory management in collaboration with the Retail Strategist and Supervisors.
Responsible for cash management including bank deposit preparation, change orders, and daily retail reporting.
Place purchase requisitions, approve purchase orders, and submit invoices to accounting for payment.
Create and maintain retail schedules, prepare timecards for approval, and manage time-off requests in partnership with the Retail Supervisor.
Partner with company-wide administrative team for tactical and cultural instruction, team building, and information share.
Work the sales floor as needed, ensuring excellent customer service to our guests.
Requirements:
Proactive and self-motivated; able to see a need and respond effectively
Ability to evaluate a situation, create solutions, and act in a timely, efficient manner
Skilled in collaboration with others
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Efficient, organized, and detail oriented with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Systems experience and teachability: Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS Software preferred
