What we have planned together:
The Communication Merchants department serves as the interface between the REWE headquarters and the independent REWE merchants who run their own supermarkets as entrepreneurs. Our department supports the communication between the independent merchants as well as with the REWE headquarters. Additionally, the department manages the recruitment, training, and further education of new merchants, with a focus on promoting the cooperative principles of REWE. As a working student, you actively contribute to this and become part of an open-minded, motivated team.

What you will be doing with us:

You are in the middle of it all: You support the organization and preparation of seminars, study trips, and networking events.

You are a competent contact person: From information letters to surveys, you take care of communication with the participants of the Merchant Academy events.

You pitch in: You assist with the follow-up and evaluation of Merchant Academy events.

You take on responsibility: You actively participate in the creation and design of the annual seminar catalogs and support your colleagues in coordinating the content.

You show dedication: You are responsible for pre-select
