Busy Japanese restaurant in Englewood NJ since 2003. Seeking sushi chef for immediate hire.


Requirements:

• 2+ years experience preferred.
• Experience in making rolls, and sushi preferred.

Qualification:

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team focused.

Sun & Mon 4pm - 9pm
Tue - Thurs 12pm - 3pm & 4pm - 9pm
Fri & Sat 12pm - 3pm & 4pm - 9:30pm

Wednesday Off.
