Position:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and provide direct patient care in accordance with physicians' orders and nursing standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Uphold high standards of nursing care, ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of our residents.
Qualifications:
- Valid California LVN license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in a longterm care or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
