    Company Overview:

    Our financial services client is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing administrative support at a senior level, possess exceptional multitasking abilities, and demonstrate a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. This person will be in the office 4 to 5 days a week - the office is in downtown Chicago.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.

    · Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

    · Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.

    · Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

    · Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

    · Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and special projects.

    · Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

    · Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organization.

    · Provide general administrative support, such as managing office supplies, processing expenses, and handling incoming calls and emails.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

    · Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

    · Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

    · Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    · Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

    · Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
