  • You are a companion: You respect the residents' desire for independent living, take their biographies into account, and support them in their daily lives as needed
  • You contribute: You provide professional guidance to the care team and motivate your colleagues
  • You collaborate: You assist in creating individual therapy plans, work towards implementing the specialized care concept, and participate in individual and group therapies, as well as events and celebrations

Your profile

  • You have the know-how: You have completed a professional training as an occupational therapist
  • Bonus points: You have experience working with people with addiction and/or mental illness, or have completed a gerontopsychiatric training
  • You are empathetic: You enjoy working with people in need of care and support, have a positive mindset, and are goal-oriented
  • You are a team player: You are communicative, work well in a team, and are able to take on responsibilities independently
