Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for processing offers and calculating the structural costs of our construction projects, involving internal and external experts
  • You will develop special proposals and alternatives for the purpose of technical and economic optimization
  • You will request prices from our subcontractors and suppliers and support in contract negotiations
  • You will create the necessary performance specifications and drive forward BIM-based calculation

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or architecture or a comparable education
  • You have initial professional experience in calculation and/or construction/project management of structural and/or turnkey construction projects
  • You have good user knowledge of calculation programs (ideally RIB iTWO)
  • You have a high level of technical understanding
  • You are committed, resilient, and work independently, diligently, and with dedication
