- Assist in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Track project expenses and assist with budget management.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
- Conduct site visits to observe construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Assist with the resolution of any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including organizing meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and managing correspondence.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and regulations is desirable.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different construction sites as required.
