    Associate Dean for Career Strategy

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop a deep understanding of the legal market and identify opportunities to enhance employment prospects for students
    • Work with stakeholders to create a vision for career development at Penn Law
    • Set short- and long-term goals for student and graduate employment
    • Utilize innovative research and technologies in career development
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance career strategies
    • Participate in discussions on market trends and represent student interests

    Requirements:

    Interested candidates must submit their resume, cover letter, and JD. A proven track record of leadership and expertise in the legal field is essential. Candidates should demonstrate at least seven to ten years of experience in leadership roles, with a focus on career development and collaboration. Experience in higher education and counseling is preferred.
