Shipping, Receiving and Operations Support:


Compensation:

$ $28.00 per hour


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage printing, organizing and tracking of all consumer and commercial customer orders
• Engage with the relevant shipping and fulfillment areas of Archoil's ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Shopify and eBay
• Schedule, organize and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure operational efficiency
• Assist Operations in maintaining relevant reports regarding inbound and outbound shipments
• Work crossfunctionally with management to ensure operational success

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping & receiving and customer fulfilment (2+years)
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 office tools, especially Excel
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management

Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
