Job Overview:
2-3 years (street improvement experience a plus but not required)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for all accurate take offs, securing material quotes from all available suppliers, communicating with and securing all required subcontractor bids, communicate directly with clients to ensure complete and accurate scope and pricing, prepare cost estimates for review by supervisors, back end project management support for secured work, submittals, change orders, etc.
