Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator - Subject Matter Expert to join our team.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the Global Command and Control System - Joint family of products.

Complete DescriptionIn this role, you will leverage your extensive experience as a Systems Administrator.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting software applications, addressing complex enterprise-level systems issues, and ensuring the overall functionality and reliability of systems.
You will work closely with a team of professionals, utilizing your expertise to resolve technical challenges, provide operational support, and maintain system performance.
Senior-level experience in system administration, preferably with a focus on Global Command and Control System - Joint systems.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software applications and address complex enterprise-level systems issues. Strong system administration experience, including expertise in handling 160+ components.
Proficiency as a System Administrator for Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Experience in an Air Operations Center (AOC) environment, preferably AOC.
Comprehensive understanding of air combat command roles, ideally with military experience.
Current CompTIA Security+ certification. Ability to work onsite, as this position requires physical presence.
Preferred Requirements
Experience working on GCCS Systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
Experience in customer interface, diplomacy, and understanding of military protocol.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including minor travel to locations such as Newport News, VA, CONUS AOC, and Hanscom AFB - MA.
