**Location:** Indianapolis, IN

**Description:** Beam, Longest & Neff, LLC, a leading provider of quality engineering services throughout the States of Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Colorado is searching for an experienced licensed **Right-of-Way** **Buyer** for our Indianapolis office. **Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:**

negotiating with landowners for the acquisition of right-of-way needed for governmental/municipal projects;

**Requirements:**

Knowledge and experience of real estate principals, rules and regulations pertaining to the acquisition of right-of-way, easements, licenses and other land rights.

Experience with eminent domain and land acquisition processes

Must be a licensed broker.

INDOT prequalification in buying is desired but not required to apply.

Bachelor degree with 3-5 years experience or equivalent combination desired.
