- Salary range: $142,397 - $180,960
- Establish and oversee quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals.
- Supervise the dissemination of drug information, in-service education, consultations, and direct assistance to staff pharmacists.
- Direct pharmacy personnel activities and provide professional and technical guidance.
- Lead new program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Promote teamwork among staff, peers, physicians, and others.
- B.S. or Pharm D from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hospital leadership experience in an acute care setting or PGY2 leadership residency.
- Proficiency in legal responsibilities, state and federal regulations governing pharmacy services.
- Knowledge of pathophysiology, diagnostic criteria, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacotherapeutics.
- Current Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
- Consultant Pharmacist license required for Florida applicants.
- Controlled Substance License, if applicable.
- Salary: $68.46/hr - $83.86/hr, max $87.00/hr.
