Duties:


  • Serve as technical lead for the entire Branch and oversees the Building Management System, freecooling efforts, and the introduction of variable air volume control.
  • Ensure critical systems are properly maintained in accordance with (ICW) manufacturing standards and policy as approved by appropriate governing authority.
  • Lead program design and scheduling for Emergency Systems maintenance, such as the fire pump, electric feeder transfers, etc.
  • Resolve technical problems, prepare progress, cost, and other related reports and estimates.
  • Review blueprints and confer with engineers to determine work to be accomplished.

To qualify for the Foreperson, KE , you must meet the following requirements:

These duties require:

developing strategic plans to address heating and air conditioning, ventilation (HVAC), and electrical power distribution systems that support plant production operations.


  • Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).   • Must meet the requirements as set forth in Appendix A of GPO Directive 615.2C dated 4/11/11, the Federal Merit Promotion Plan.
