This is an advanced professional-level strategy position.
This individual is an emerging expert in strategy-related activities for the Pharmacy Division and takes on a team leadership role without specific direct reports.
This position is responsible for assisting with leading the team in a broad array of Pharmacy related corporate strategic, analytic, planning and integration activities to ensure continued growth and profitability of the organization.
This is a strategy role, not a clinical role. PBM experience or formal consulting experience needed.Required Job Qualifications:
Insight Generation:
Conduct environmental and opportunity scans/ trend analyses, provide insights regarding implications, inform decision making, make recommendations/prioritize new opportunities to pursue.
Growing ability to generate insights based on understanding of impacts/implications, and integrated across projects.Problem Solving:
Proactive identification and resolution to increasingly complex problems with minimal oversight.
Interpersonal Effectiveness:
Ability to build strong connections with people and teams; drive results by working across the matrixed environment; work directly with corporate leadership.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Advanced degree such as Juris Doctor, MBA or MHA.
This is a flex role that allows up to 2 days per week working from home. Requires 3 days in either Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX office.
