    Description

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Relevant working experience in Compensation with a strong understanding of compensation-related topics, particularly in the United States.
    • Proven track record of supporting compensation concepts and programs.
    • Experience in Workday Core Compensation & Jobs and Advanced Compensation modules.
    • Demonstrated ability to exercise solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent training and knowledge.
    • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certifications are preferred.
    • Experience working in an international environment and collaborating in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
