    Job Description

    The Compensation Analyst (managing Physician/Resident/Fellows compensation contracts) is responsible for ensuring that payments made to both employed and independent providers (Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers) adhere to the provisions of the Agreements which govern these relationships. This role involves identifying and promptly reporting any irregularities to the Senior Vice President of Operations, SCPA. The primary focus is supporting compensation programs for employed and independent providers by implementing standard policies and procedures, as well as maintaining and contributing to the implementation of all aspects of compensation programs, including various forms of incentives, additional compensation, educational loan payments, and other ancillary payments. Additionally, there may be a need for significant analytical work related to the organization's compensation systems. The position involves processing various supplemental compensation payments, such as signing bonuses, residency/fellowship stipends, administrative stipends, retention incentives, extra call, extra shifts, and extra clinical hours, ensuring all payments are well-documented through offer letters, employment agreements, memorandum for extra shift incentives, etc.

With a team of over 220 pediatric specialists, the facility offers exceptional pediatric care across a range of specialties including Cardiology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Gastroenterology, Oncology, and Orthopedics. It is home to the sole Verified Pediatric Burn Center between New York City and Baltimore, and stands as one of only three Level I Pediatric Trauma Centers in Pennsylvania. In addition to its main Philadelphia location, the hospital boasts an expanding network of primary and specialty care facilities in the Philadelphia suburbs and New Jersey, ensuring convenient access to quality healthcare.

    Requirements:

    • 4-year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
    • Healthcare industry experience is essential
