- Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
- Provides interpretation of complex requirements.
- Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for the program to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
- Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
- Develops and selects methods for analysis to ensure manufacturing readiness.
- Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Develops and implements corrective actions.
- Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
- Works under minimal direction. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry
- 1+ year of experience working in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or in a regulated industry
- 3+ years of experience developing/managing metrics root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
- Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions Typical Education & Experience: Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

This position will support critical Quality Engineering support for the F-15 production.Position Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100))
