    Description
    TypeContract (Full Time)**This is a hybrid role- 2-3 days onsite
    Make sure candidates submitted are eligible for possible conversion

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Provide frontline Cloud operational support, incident management, and administration for Client including AWS, Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, and Confluent CloudIdentity and Access Management across various Cloud platformsCloud secrets management including deployment, rotation, and tooling integrationDesign and implement centralized observability and monitoring/alerting solutions to ensure availabilityManage Cloud backup and recovery solutions for critical infrastructureAssist with implementation of Cloud Security policies and guardrailsCreate and maintain Terraform IaC to ensure architectural consistency and securityDesign and implement best practices for operational excellence, security, reliability, performance, efficiency, and cost optimization across Cloud platformsCreate and maintain documentation related to the Client Cloud ProgramMentor junior team members on secure Cloud Ops design principles and IaCStay current with industry trends and lead operational innovation initiatives

    Job Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent experienceAWS Cloud Architect Associate certification or equivalent3+ years hands on AWS Support experience5+ years hands on experience in Information Technology, preferably in financial servicesStrong knowledge of Terraform or Python based orchestration tooling and source control experience (Github)Knowledge of Identity and Access Management technologies and best practicesFamiliarity with cross-cloud monitoring solutions (DataDog preferred)Cloud Incident Management experience and ability to participate in on-call rotationExperience with backup and recovery tooling (AWS Backup preferred)Experience working with Linux/UNIX and Docker or other container technologiesAble to work as part of a high performing, collaborative team with minimal supervision
