To fulfill this mission, Seniors at Home is seeking hardworking, dedicated, and compassionate professionals to join its team, including a
Scheduler who will schedule and coordinate Home Health Aides for both the center as well as for member in-home visits.

The Scheduler must have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to multi-task and manage many different member needs and scheduling requirements.

Daily responsibilities include:

Creating daily and monthly incenter and inhome schedules for Member Aides
Communicating schedule changes to inhome caregivers
Monitoring daily schedules to ensure all members receive their scheduled care/services
Monitoring staff callouts and vacation requests
Scheduling fillin Member Assistants based on timeoff requests
Performing general administrative duties including answering/transferring calls
