DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Limpiar los edificios incluye: vaciar basura, aspirar los pisos, barrer, trapear y limpiar las superficies asignadas. Necesita poder recojer mas de 10 LB.
- Supervisar la seguridad del edificio cerrando puertas después de las horas de operación y verificar el uso de electrodomésticos para garantizar que no se creen riesgos.
- Usar adecuadamente soluciones de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
- Usar productos químicos de limpieza aprobados, y usando el adecuado EPP (Equipo de Protección Personal) al igual deben cumplir con las SDS (las hojas de datos de seguridad que proporcionan información valiosa para el programa de salud y la seguridad de los empleados)
- Limpiar ventanas, particiones de vidrio y espejos, usando limpiadores, esponjas y jabones adecuados.
- Desempolvar muebles y tallar areas hasta que queden limpias.
- Limpiar y dar servicio a los baños la veces necesarias usando trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
- Llegar a tiempo para el turno programado y completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
- Identificar e informar las reparaciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar que estén bien mantenidos.
- Entrenar en otras tareas o áreas asignadas por el Supervisor.
