If you have vast experience with _redlining, contracts and NDA's_ then join our IT industry as a
Legal/Paralegal Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the team in various legal tasks.

From
contract review and
redlining to
drafting legal documents and
managing vendor contracts, you'll be at the heart of our legal operations.

What we need form you:


  • 3+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency with corporate software and technology (e.g., NetSuite, DocuSign, Legal Contract Management Software, legal databases).
  • Ability to conduct legal research using tools like
    Westlaw.
  • Experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice.
  • Familiarity with insurance requirements and the Certificate of Insurance (
    COI).
  • Capable of drafting templates and reviewing/redlining legal documents (e.g., contracts, NDAs, addenda, and amendments).

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary


Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
