Our client is one of the largest aid organizations in Germany dedicated to providing healthcare and support to those in need.

Nationally, our client brings together nine hospitals and eight specialized and rehabilitation clinics. With over 7,000 employees, they provide care to over 270,000 patients annually through outpatient and partial inpatient services.

To strengthen their controlling team in Berlin or Bonn, we are currently seeking a Group Controller (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for cost and performance accounting, including monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts, and business planning.
  • You will oversee and develop the reporting system.
  • You will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and preparing reports, and communicating them directly to the management team.
  • You will create contribution margin and cost center accounting.
  • You will support the Head of Group Controlling and clinic management with businessrelated inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • You have professional experience in controlling in a hospital or similar healthcare facility, based on a degree in business administration or a comparable education.
  • You have experience in deriving decisions from Business Intelligence solutions (BI) in the healthcare sector.
  • You are proficient in SAP-FI/CO and Excel.
  • You are confident in communicating with the management team.
  • You are a communicative, conceptual, and analytical person.
