What you will do:


We're looking for people who are inspired by great food and are enthusiastic about providing outstanding experiences for our Pei Wei guests.

We want you to love what you do and inspire others to become Pei Wei fans As a Shift Leader, you will directly assist the restaurant management team and play a critical role in the success of our restaurants.

You'll share responsibility for training and guiding other team members.

Success in this role requires the ability to work all areas within the restaurant from guest service to kitchen execution.

You'll also take the lead role in keeping operations running smoothly when other managers are absent.


Requirements:


What you need to have:


  • 6 months of shift lead experience within the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry.
