Main Responsibilities of a

Token Management Platform Developer:

Responsible for the development of a Token Management Platform
Object-oriented design, implementation, and continuous integration & delivery of software modules (microservices, components, application elements) across all architecture levels
Taking on development tasks throughout the software lifecycle in cross-functional teams, including conducting code reviews
Integrating the platform into the BWI system landscape and/or its customers' systems
Contributing expert knowledge in modern software development, including Java, corresponding frameworks, React, and database systems
Potentially taking on the role of team lead for (internal and external) software development teams
Providing input for optimizing collaboration within the team and with all stakeholders
Completed degree in computer science and at least 6 years of relevant work experience in software engineering (e.g. software design & architecture, middleware, Java) as well as practical experience in a DevOps environment
Excellent knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, as well as frontend development with React
Good knowledge of cryptography (e.g. secure data encryption), workflow engines, and working with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
Familiarity with professional software development standards (clean code, design patterns, architecture, etc.) as well as GitLab and Confluence/Jira
Customer-oriented work approach and enthusiasm for close collaboration in an agile team
