Your responsibilities:

  • Customer support
  • Conducting consultation meetings
  • Developing solutions with customers
  • Requesting documents
  • Creating documentation

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an industrial clerk, forwarding agent, or office manager)
  • Good computer skills, especially in SAP and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Responsible, independent, and able to handle stress
