- Handle all aspects of Personal Injury cases
- Manage day-to-day operations of personal injury litigation cases
- Prepare and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, demands, and motions
- Participate in trials across District and Circuit Courts in Maryland
- Offer guidance and support to clients through effective communication
- Conduct medical reviews and negotiate settlements when required
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Possess a thorough understanding of Maryland Personal Injury law
- Manage a substantial caseload efficiently and exhibit effective leadership
- Initiate new files, develop litigation plans, and conduct discovery processes
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
- At least 3 years of trial experience
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills for team management
- Ability to interact empathetically with clients in challenging situations
- Determination to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and succeed in cases
- Role entails working in a corporate office setting
- Full-time position, 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday
